When will I receive my order?

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days for domestic shipments.

After your order processes, you will receive a confirmation number as well as tracking information so you can see exactly where your product is.

How can I track my order?

The moment we ship out your order, we will email you the tracking number and link so you can follow all tracking updates.

Note: Please know that tracking sometimes takes 1-3 business days to update.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard tracked shipping for all US (Domestic) orders that come with a subscription and most non-subscription offers.

Some one time orders have a flat shipping & handling fee depending on the delivery address.

Can I get my order shipped overnight?

At the moment, we do not offer overnight shipping

What is your return policy?

This means you can try any of our incredible formulas RISK-FREE for up to 90 days, and if you aren’t completely satisfied, just send back the bottle or jars (even if they’re empty) within the next 14 days for a full refund of your purchase price minus shipping. No questions, no hassles.

Be sure to retain your bottles/jars, as they must be returned to receive a complete refund.

Please note your guarantee comes into effect on the day your product arrives at your doorstep and expires 90 days after the shipped date. You will have 14 days to return the product after that.

How do I start a return?

To initiate your return, please contact our customer service team. You can reach them via email at support@bioelevatemd.com.

How does the return process work?

If you are within the money-back guarantee period, you will receive a return authorization number (“RA #”) and shipping instructions for your return. Your RA # and shipping instructions will be sent to you via email.

You will also be sent a form which you will need to print out and include in your return shipment. On this form you must include your RA # in order for us to process your refund. Any shipments that do not contain a return form or RA # will NOT be refunded and will be destroyed.

Please note you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred when returning your product(s). Your refund will be processed once your returned product(s) has arrived at our shipping facility.

When will I see my refund?

Once your order is returned to our warehouse and processed by our team, you can expect your refund within 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing times. You will receive an email notification when the refund is processed.
